Rose Audiovisuals intends to continue on its charted course of creating quality entertainment in various communications media.

The present emphasis is on creation of Film and Television Software.

The company has charted out its near and medium term strategy in four clearly defined areas -

I) Feature Film Production - The Company will aim to produce at least three to four films each year starting 2006 - 2007. The Company is also exploring project ideas for productions with other directors in Hindi and other languages.

II) Television Dramas - There is a continued emphasis on production of high quality drama for television. With the high growth rate in the television industry, Rose Audiovisuals has plans to take its Drama Production division to newer levels of quality while increasing quantitative output.

III) Non - fiction programmes for Television - There is a large and well defined market for non fiction programming in television which Rose Audiovisuals has entered. This foray will include strategic partnerships and collaborative arrangements with other companies pursuing similar programming in India and abroad.

IV) Regional and Other Language Software - The Company plans to produce software for films and television in regional languages and English through its subsidiaries like 'Annapurna Rose'. This is a potentially huge area where collaborative efforts can yield great dividends by providing opportunities to expand horizons in the creative processes of regional language software producers.

In the long term, Rose Audiovisuals is in the process of exploring and creating strategies for entering areas such as -

I) Digital media for production, post-production, exhibition and broadcasting of films and television programmes.
II) Film Distribution in India and abroad.
III) Music creation and distribution in India and abroad.
IV) Television broadcasting through satellite.
In addition, other such entertainment related activities.
